I began baking some time ago, however my gluten free baking beginnings were around a year ago. After my husband was diagnosed with celiac, I struggled as to how to feed him. When my first child was diagnosed with ADHD, I searched out all the alternative ways to treat her before turning to medication. One of those ways is to cut out all gluten as it swells the brain thus making it hard for her to maintain control. However, how can I not provide sweet things for my sweet girl? Hence the beginning of SweeT's. My baking for my family quickly turned into a home business after my friends and family tried my treats and keep encouraging me to sell them. So here we are. All of my goods are baked with CGF flour, and other GF materials. My sugar is always cane sugar and olive oil is my go to choice if I even use sugar at all. I buy my nuts in bulk therefore there is no CGF stamp so please be aware. I am able to special order with CGF nuts. Also, while I am Orthodox and strictly kosher, I do not have a certification. People go on word of mouth of those who know me.
Try my sweets once, and you may not go back to ordinary gluten ones :) HAPPY EATING!I bring you Sweet T’s Gluten Free Baked Goods – Where we are free of gluten but not of taste. As my family grew so too did my skills. I learned how to replace sugar, gluten and nuts with healthy and yummy alternatives. Have you ever had chocolate frosting made from avocado? If I didn’t tell you my secret, you never would have guessed. Feed your family gluten free alternatives that address common behavioural conditions in young children like ADD or ADHD. I have done the research into the science behind food coloring and sugars and I have seen the difference in my own children when I changed what and how I fed them. From my home to yours – welcome Sweet T’s baked goods to your table any day. Special note: All of my goods are baked with CGF flour, and other GF materials. My sugar is always cane sugar if I even use sugar at all, and olive oil is my go to choice . I buy my nuts in bulk therefore there is no CGF stamp so please be aware. I am able to special order with CGF nuts. While I am Orthodox and strictly kosher I am not “certified.” People go on word of mouth of those who know me. Trust is everything and – the proof is in the pudding…or in the cookies....................
